I’m happy, energetic, and love to laugh.
I’m a wife to an amazing man, who loves me for me.
I’m a mother to four crazy, energetic, and happy kiddos, who light up my life & truly make my world go ’round.
I’m a labor and delivery nurse (yep - I get to snuggle babies in both my jobs!), and I feel lucky each day, to witness and get to be part of, possibly the most amazing moment in a family’s life.
I love chocolate, red wine & Starbucks iced white mochas. I’m basically a sucker for anything sweet. (You may find me hiding in the kitchen pantry on occasion eating an Oreo because I don’t want my kids to see. Admit it – you know you do it, too).
I love to to get out and be a little adventurous, and I have dreams of traveling one day. But even more than that, I love throwing on some sweats (ok yes, and my favorite, cozy, uber-ugly robe my husband still makes fun of me in), turning on Netflix, and just snuggling with my family. I treasure the quiet moments at home with my family. Sometimes boring is beautiful.
So why photography?
It’s always been a love of mine. Always. From taking Polaroids as a six year old to film developing in high school to getting my first DSLR when my first son was born.
I want to document what my memory can’t possibly remember. I want to document my children growing up, because as most of you know…it happens in the blink of an eye. I want to capture the memories, the details – both big and small – before they are gone…and I want to do it beautifully.
And I want to be able to share my passion & love of photography with others as well. As much as I love documenting my own family, I want to be able to do the same for you. <3

I am a volunteer photographer for Spectrum Inspired. As you may or may not know, autism is a huge part of our family's life and is very near and dear to my heart. Spectrum Inspired "helps families with children on the spectrum connect, organize and fund their photography sessions to capture the beauty of their child". If you or someone you know has a child with autism and are interested in this opportunity (or if you are a photographer looking to join), please see the Spectrum Inspired page for more information and details on the application process. <3
